Production & Dispatch Timeline

• Clothing: Please allow 4–7 business days from the date of purchase for your garment to be hand-finished, quality-checked, and prepared for shipment.

• Handbags: Please allow 6–8 business days for production and dispatch.

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer a selection of secure, tracked shipping options. You will be prompted to select your preferred method at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and service level.

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday–Friday) are processed the same day.

• Orders placed after 2 PM are processed the following business day.

• Weekend or public holiday orders will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Address Policy

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of purchase. Once your order is placed, we cannot modify the shipping address.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

For orders shipped outside the United States, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival.
